To make it easier and simpler for patients to choose a convenient appointment time we have switched to an online booking system.
Steps
- First, you will need to register.
- The 'Book Online' button takes you to our online booking portal to collect essential contact details and set up a password.
- Once you’ve registered a confirmation email is sent to confirm you have registered.
- If you don’t receive an email check your Junk folder, or email admin@thehairphysio.com.au
- Once you are registered you can use the Portal to make an appointment. Log in and browse the available appointment dates and times and select the one you want.
- If you do not see an appointment date/time that is as soon as you would like, I do get cancellations, and have a 'waiting list'.
- Please email admin@thehairphysio.com.au with days of the week and times you are looking for.
- If you book an appointment but you'd like to be notified if a cancellation happens sooner, and you'd like to be added to the list to be notified please let me know by adding a 'request' to be added to my waiting list in the 'Notes' section at time of booking with days of the week and times you are looking for.
- For in-person consultations, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit. This deposit is refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment. Initial Consultations are $210 and include a follow-up consultation to discuss test results.
- Post-consultation reviews can also be booked for existing clients. This 30-minute review of your progress is $105.
- On-line consultations can be booked but the whole cost of $125 for the consultation is paid in advance.
- Once booked, an email will be sent to confirm your appointment. It contains a new patient questionnaire and information sheet.
- You will receive an email and an SMS text message to remind you of your appointment time a few days prior to the date.
- The balance of the appointment fee will be required at your appointment.
