Soratinex Skin Care Gel is perfect for the more sensitive psoriasis-prone skin. It is especially suited for plaque psoriasis, psoriatic nails, dry palmo/plantar psoriasis, dry flaky skin, folliculitis/keratosis pillaris, and body acne. This gentle formula massages easily into the skin of the scalp and body to reduce flaking and dryness.
Directions: Wet the affected areas of the body or scalp with warm water. Massage gel into affected areas creating a lather. Leave for 2 – 3 minutes, then rinse off. Follow with Soratinex Emollient or Oil
